Old messages that are not "active" any more can be stored on CD or Zip Drives, this frees up more disk space for new messages.Depending upon the volume
of messages you receive an archive can be carried out everytime the spare messages data reaches 100 Mb for zip drives backups or 600 Mb for CD backups. The backed up messages are deleted from the active archive. You
can still view or use the old messages any time needed with the same interface. |
